Abstract
Organizations can leverage the diversity of their talent pool by consciously creating opportunities and an inclusive and supportive environment for sustainable careers. In this event, we will hear from our distinguished panelists as they discuss gender dynamics in organizations, and identify specific strategies needed to optimize career success. The roundtable discussion will focus on a range of talent management best practices, for example, mentoring and international assignments, with illustrations of how such strategies have led to better integration of the workforce, their career management and growth, and the development of leadership competencies and organizational effectiveness.
This interactive panel will be of interest not only to women professionals who want to identify strategies and skills for career success but also to human resource professionals and organizational representatives interested in maximizing the impact of their diverse workforce.
The roundtable will be moderated by Prof. Aarti Ramaswami, Associate Professor, Management Department at ESSEC Business School and Academic Director of the ESSEC Global MBA.
