Abstract
In this age of disruption, consumer goods and retail companies must build new capabilities based on big data, social analytics and CRM systems to directly engage with their customers and users. The objective is to build personalized and mutually valuable relationships.
The modern consumer is no longer a passive buyer; empowerment and customer-centricity are key. In the middle of this revolution, legacy, native-digital players as well as start-ups need to build a new ecosystem of collaboration and transparency to deliver the experience the consumers are seeking.
The Roundtable will give you the opportunity to hear from business leaders across the consumer goods and retail industry as well as digital experts, ask your questions and network with our business experts.
