Emmanuel Toniutti, President of the international Ethics Consulting Group (IECG), will explain how love can be the key to maintain positive emotional balance performance.

Emmanuel Toniutti holds a Doctorate (Phd.) In theology from Laval University of Quebec in Canada, and was born in France. President of the International Ethics Consulting Group (IECG) since 2005, he has been a business leader and executive coach for thirteen years. His activity covers the coordination of the international activities of the IECG and missions with top management teams to facilitate the implementation of strategic decisions in line with humanistic values.He is in particular expert in the analysis of the behavior of leaders under stress in international and multicultural environments (North America, Asia, Europe, North Africa). As Professor in Leadership at the Executive Education department at HEC Paris, he introduces future leaders to a new vision of the business world.

The Conference will be followed by a fundraising cocktail for the association Help Horizon, which raises funds to welcome youth with psychological disorders in day center.
