Driven by its humanist values, ESSEC Business School places major importance on achieving gender equality. This historical commitment is reflected today in the student body, since parity has been achieved. However, the fight must continue and be amplified so that women can make their choices throughout their lives without encountering gender-related obstacles. As a business school, ESSEC's mission is to inspire and support all actions in favor of women's empowerment. This is why it continues to work on these issues, through its research and by developing concrete actions within its institution. For the past few years, this commitment has been formalized in the Gender Equality Plan, the school's roadmap for gender equality and, more broadly, for diversity and inclusion issues.
