10.10.2024

ESSEC Business School is launching the International Program in Business Administration (IPBA), a five-year combined Bachelor-Master’s program, offered in English on its Rabat campus. This program is designed to train leaders who will contribute to Africa’s growth by offering them a transdisciplinary education that combines technical skills with critical thinking, creativity and innovation.

The IPBA program will welcome students from all over the world, with a curriculum focused on challenges facing Africa’s growth and development. Thanks to partnerships with African higher education institutions, this program will allow students to have an educational experience on three continents: Africa, Europe and North America. Students will acquire a solid base in economics, management, technology, and social sciences, giving them the tools they need to have a significant impact on Africa’s social and economic development.

The program will combine academic courses, practical experience, study trips and internships. After five years, students will be able to receive a Master’s in Financial Engineering and Data Analysis or a Master’s in International Business and Supply Chain Management, preparing them for international careers in essential areas of development for Africa.

This new program reflects ESSEC’s commitment to playing a key role in training leaders in Africa and strengthening international mobility via strategic partnerships. ESSEC will also facilitate a multicultural experience on three continents, reflecting our goal of contributing to the emergence of leaders ready to  tackle Africa’s complex challenges with a holistic approach.

Hugues Levecq, Deputy Dean of ESSEC Africa, said: “With the launch of the IPBA program, ESSEC Africa reaffirms its commitment to offering a high-quality education adapted to global and local challenges. By training committed, responsible leaders who can manage Africa’s challenges, we can contribute to shaping a more inclusive and innovative future for the continent.”
