Roundtable : Perspectives from leaders, the journeys of four inspiring business women

The Roundtable on Perspectives from Leaders: The Journeys of Four Inspiring Business Women which will take place at ESSEC Asia-Pacific on Wednesday, 25 November 2015.

ABSTRACT

Achieving a fulfilling career is what we all aspire towards, whether we run our own business or work in a corporate entity. While women may still face some challenges in reaching senior management positions, some have successfully navigated the business world. What are the keys which have enabled these women to climb the career ladder? How can professionals better equip themselves with the necessary skills and knowledge to further develop their careers?

During the roundtable, we will hear from four successful and inspiring business women, who have made a mark in their respective industries, and will learn from their enriching experiences.

 SPEAKERS

- Mrs Cecile DIVERSY is Human Resources Director Asia-Pacific - Middle East-Africa at Fonterra, and an expert in Corporate Learning and Development.

- Mrs Annie JOSEPH is International Marketing Commercial Head for Baxter, Hospital. In August 2015, Annie received the Women Leadership Excellence Award Asia 2015 from CMO Asia.

- Mrs Doina PALICI-CHEHAB is Chief Executive Officer, AXA Insurance Singapore and President of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.

- Ms WONG Su-Yen is Chief Executive Officer of the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) and Chairman of the Board of Nera Telecommunications.

The roundtable will be moderated by Prof. Kevyn Yong, Academic Dean of ESSEC Asia-Pacific and Associate Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School.
