“My first weekend on campus was such an adventure. The highlight was definitely the 57 fabulous people I met and got to connect with: 57 different people, yet so similar, embarking on the same journey looking to learn and grow together. The team building set the foundation for our future collaboration. It allowed us to connect with each other, fostering cohesion, morale and trust among us. It's about laying the groundwork for future teamwork and productivity. Kudos to the wonderful coaches Romaine and Alexandra.”

“People are driven by passion , motivation and have plenty of useful and impactful ideas .”

I decided to join the program in order to discover new people from different horizons and experiences, enhance my soft skills, and deep dive into new areas. The first weekend was very intense with an incredible variety of topics. You realize after those 4 days at a high intensity level that neural plasticity is ongoing... Neurons are constantly building new connections, like having fireworks in the brain.
