ESSEC GMBA Luxury Brand Management participants had the privilege to visit the brand new Louboutin Headquarters in Paris. They were welcomed by Magali Clément, the current Group Head of Human Resources who took them for a tour of the office.
The office was described as modern and creative, and the presentation provided valuable insights into the brand's history and unique value proposition. Isabelle Durand, the Group Chief Omnichannel, Client & Performance Officer, introduced the company's Omnichannel strategy, which demonstrated how different departments work together to create a coherent consumer experience.
This visit is part of many interventions offered during the ESSEC GMBA Luxury Brand Management Track and demonstrated how a fashion brand can combine innovation, creativity, and a strong brand identity to create a unique value proposition that resonates with its customers.
