Join us for a Master Class on Design Thinking & Change Management, led by Professor Kevyn Yong, Academic Dean of ESSEC Asia-Pacific and Associate Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School.

ABSTRACT

Organizations with a strong culture of innovation understand the challenges of developing new ideas, solutions, and products while also managing the successful implementation of these innovations. Innovation requires finding original insight, skillfully translating them into testable prototypes, and carefully combining and refining the prototypes into a successful solution or product. Change requires tactfully aligning, and directing key stakeholders to adopt and implement these innovations.

After the Master Class, meet the Program Director, Alumni and current participants during the networking cocktail, and find out more about the ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA Asia-Pacific Program.
