The Food Business Challenges Track provides managerial skills specific to the agri-food industry and services. In this industry managers must nowadays learn how to navigate many complex issues: sustainable development, nutrition and health, resources, marketing, etc. They will face deep transformational challenges associated with globalization - locavore model, digital technology, genetics, societal challenges or the agility of the new FoodTech startups.
Such challenges require a strong capacity to “embrace” the future, to innovate and to develop new business models.
The track is designed to help participants develop their ability to:
· Plan for the future and to redesign the food (eco)system
· Understand the local and international ecosystems
· Confront the varied and interconnected issues of transformation
