Professor in Social Innovation at ESSEC Business School, Paris, and holds the Chair in Social Innovation. She graduated from ESSEC in 1994, earned a Master in Public Administration from Harvard (2001), and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from INSEAD (2010).
