Join us for the ESSEC Business & Sustainability Leadership Program, a 5-day program that combines top-tier global business education with a focus on entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, sustainability and supply chain management in the dynamic Asian market.

Endorsed by the Council on Business & Society (CoBS), an alliance of 12 top schools*, this program will empower university students and young professionals with the knowledge and insights to be responsible leaders.

  • Study level: This program is open to Bachelor's and Master's students from all fields, as well as young professionals with up to 3 years of work experience, who seek to deepen their understanding of business and sustainability. A business background is not required.

Itinerary: 

  • Attend academic workshops on how Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors shape business decisions

  • Gain practical skills through a business simulation

  • Visit leading companies to see how they implement ESG principles

  • Network with peers, professors, and global business professionals

Prof. Adrian Zicari

As the program lead, Prof. Adrian Zicari, Academic Director, Council on Business & Society brings extensive expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable business models. He leads the Council on Business & Society initiatives to develop responsible leaders and has decades of experience in sustainability-focused teaching and research across multiple continents.

Application Process

Complete the online application form before 31 May 2025 and include the following submissions (in English):

  • Copy of university transcripts
  • Copy of Bachelor's Diploma (if you have graduated)
  • 1-page motivation letter detailing why you want to join the program
  • 1-page CV outlining key background information and achievements
  • Copy of English test
    Exemptions are possible for those who have completed at least 3 years of full-time studies in English at an accredited institution.

Application Result

  • Once you have completed the application, you will be informed by our admission team within 3 weeks.
  • Students should pay the program fees within 2 weeks after receiving the admission notice.

 

  • Program Fees:

    • SGD 3,900 (Public)

    • SGD 1,950 (CoBS & ESSEC-related participants ): Available to students from ESSEC, ESSEC partner universities, and CoBS member schools.

  • 10% Early Bird/Referral Discount:

    • Enjoy a 10% discount when you register before 1 May 2025 or refer a friend to join the program.

Price includes tea breaks and course activities (excludes lunch, accommodation, and airfare).

Catering:

  • Daily tea breaks will be provided during the course; however, participants are responsible for arranging their own lunches.

Housing:

  • Accommodations are not provided on campus and participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements.
