Participants directly apply the knowledge they have acquired during the program to a Strategic Project, a value-creating group response to a real business issue faced by a company today.
The project lasts a total of 15 months and includes workshops and seminars on financing, communication and business planning. The end goal is the implementation of the project by the chosen company or the creation of a company based on the suggested business plan.
The ESG Project is a key feature of the ESSEC Hybrid Executive MBA that aims to incorporate Social Responsibility directly into the curriculum. It is designed to contribute to the betterment of society, to foster teamwork and to strengthen class spirit. Shortlisted candidates are invited to attend an official jury in Paris, at the La Défense Campus or via video conference, during which candidates will have the chance to present themselves in person, and go deeper into their motivations for attending the program.
Candidates will be notified of the outcome within one week after the interview. Accepted candidates will have three weeks to confirm before the offer of acceptance is withdrawn.

Description: This scholarship rewards candidates who have worked in an international environment, in several countries, have a deep understanding of intercultural business environments and can speak several languages.
Criteria: The ability of a candidate to understand international challenges, the nature and number of projects led abroad, the number of languages mastered and the ability to demonstrate how these have uplifted their career.
Description: This scholarship is awarded to candidates from an emerging or developing country, who is able to demonstrate their positive impact on the local economy of that country.
