The Conference on Managerial Innovation is back on ESSEC’s Cergy campus!

On Saturday 23 November the Institute of sociodynamicsis organising a Conference on Managerial Innovation at ESSEC Business School’s Cergy campus. Leaders, managers, researchers and students are invited to come and reflect on the future of management during this convivial and inspiring event.

Conferences, experiential workshops, and informal discussion. On 23 November, ESSEC Business School’s campus will  be open to several hours of reflection about managerial innovation from 9 am to 7 pm to 19.00. Different themes will be explored: 

- In the manager's luggage - Immerse yourself in sociodynamics and its various approaches 

- People, work, business, artificial intelligence: the final struggle? - Reinventing tomorrow’s companies and skills 

- The manager’s cabinet of curiosities - Looking for the rare, the new, the singular

- What about me? - Develop yourself personally and develop your teams

- Company and society: a new pact? - How to engage a company in a responsible mission for the benefit of society

Conference speakers include professors and researchers from ESSEC Business School, such as Laurent Bibard, Professor in the Management Department, Karoline Strauss, Professor in the Marketing Department, and  David Autissier, researcher and Director of the ESSEC Managerial Innovation and Operational Excellence Chair.
