Abstract

HR practices are continuously struggling with two major difficulties. First is to imagine that models and best practices should universally be effective; the second is to consider that HR practices should choose between people and business. Research and at the actual variety of corporations teach us that another concrete and rational approach can help leaders make relevant decisions.

Through this masterclass, participants will gain an overview on how to successfully address the issues revolving around Human Resource Management.
