Global Circular Economy Chair

Global Circular Economy Chair

The circular economy is the only tool to reconcile economic growth and sustainable development. With finite resources and changing consumer behavior towards eco-responsible consumption, the circular economy provides a sustainable and profitable solution.

Founded in 2021, the Chair aims to train the future Chief Circular Economy Officers to lead organizations towards a circular economy.

“The GCE Chair is a tool for training future leaders to transform public and private organizations for an economy that reconciles efficiency and environmental sobriety.”

Wilfried Sand-Zantman

Professor, holder of the Global Circular Economy Chair

  • Students will be trained through academic courses and projects with its partners - L'Oréal, EssilorLuxottica, and Bouygues (three international companies with strong sustainability ambitions).
