ESSEC Business School’s ambition is to place companies at the heart of its pedagogy and campus life. Each year, we organize more than 400 recruitment events with over 300 companies, attracting several thousand students.

Our partnership offers enable our partner companies to build a lasting relationship with students and to contribute to the training of tomorrow’s leaders.

Throughout the academic year, we support you in developing your employer brand among ESSEC students.

We implement a tailor-made strategy designed to:

  • enhance your visibility among students, on campus and/ or online;

  • target types of events that are relevant to your business;

  • invest in educational activities and provide our students with unique experiences.

“In order to meet our strong growth needs, we recruit our future talents at ESSEC during employment fairs and events. This is the opportunity for us to involve ESSEC alumni who are now consultants. We can also count on the school to relay internal recruitment events and communicate our unique positioning to students.
