ESSEC Business School’s ambition is to place companies at the heart of its pedagogy and campus life. Each year, we organize more than 400 recruitment events with over 300 companies, attracting several thousand students.

Our partnership offers enable our partner companies to build a lasting relationship with students and to contribute to the training of tomorrow’s leaders.

Throughout the academic year, we support you in developing your employer brand among ESSEC students.

We implement a tailor-made strategy designed to:

  • enhance your visibility among students, on campus and/ or online;

  • target types of events that are relevant to your business;

  • invest in educational activities and provide our students with unique experiences.

“In order to meet our strong growth needs, we recruit our future talents at ESSEC during employment fairs and events. This is the opportunity for us to involve ESSEC alumni who are now consultants. We can also count on the school to relay internal recruitment events and communicate our unique positioning to students.

The consulting & finance fair is directed at students specializing in one or both of these sectors, but is open to all programs (including the Master in Management, Global BBA or international degrees for example).

The law fair brings together the top firms in the legal field and legal departments of large companies. This event is aimed at students from the DAIM Advanced Masters (International Business Law and Management) or students with prior academic background in law.

The ESSEC talent days fair is the highlight of the year on our campus. For two days, this event welcomes students from a variety of backgrounds. This annual event is the opportunity to promote your brand, enhance your visibility on campus, relay your job offers and recruit your future employees.

During this one-day fair, students get to meet and network with companies that focus on sustainable development and social and societal issues.
Since September 2020, the 2,100 new students at ESSEC have been made aware of environmental and social issues through a mandatory training program integrated into all initial and continuing programs.
The ESSEC open fair is dedicated to the employment of people with disabilities, offering a unique platform for some twenty companies committed to disability inclusion and job seekers.
During the 2022 event, over 350 internship, apprenticeship and job offers were available, and attendees could benefit from the expertise of a dedicated support space to guide interested players through all relevant procedures (RQTH [Worker with recognised disability status], occupational adaptation, finding training), facilitated by Agefiph.

Come and raise your profile with our graduating students interested in a Graduate Program, VIE or apprenticeship. This event is an excellent opportunity for you to present your company and make contact with potential candidates for your Graduate Program, V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) positions or apprenticeship contracts.

Present your company's unique value proposition, its culture, available Graduate Program offers, V.I.E opportunities or apprenticeships.

Today, five programs are open to apprentices, with over 8,200 apprentices trained in total, and a network of 1,200 corporate partners.

This networking evening will take place from 6pm to 8pm on our Cergy campus. Please note that as the number of participating companies is limited, we encourage you to register early to guarantee your place when registration opens.

See you on November 13th, 2024 and March 25th, 2025 for the next editions
