Jérôme Barthélemy is Executive VP, Dean for Post Experience Programs, Corporate Programs and Relations and Professor of strategy and management at ESSEC Business School. He graduated from ESSEC, holds a PhD in Management Sciences from HEC and has been a visiting professor and visiting research scholar at New York University (NYU), Stanford University and Cambridge University.

Junko Takagi is a professor at ESSEC Management, and is in charge of all team building, leadership and group dynamics activities. She holds a PhD from Stanford University and her research focuses on diversity, its profound meaning and the implications of its different senses in France and the Anglo-Saxon countries.
Professor of Philosophy and Management
Laurent Bibard teaches Philosophy and Management within all ESSEC programs. Holder of a PhD in Socio-economics of Technical Change (ENSMP-EHESS) from MINES Paris Tech, his research focuses on ethics, corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, etc. He is also a consultant to companies in the industrial, health and energy sectors as well as to public institutions.
Professor of Leadership and Entrepreneurship
Fabrice Cavarretta is a professor of leadership and entrepreneurship at ESSEC. Graduated from Polythéchnique, he holds a Doctorate in Management from INSEAD, and he has published his research on managerial and entrepreneurial logics in numerous journals. He is also the author of the book "Oui, la France est un paradis pour entrepreneurs" (Plon, 2016).
