Marketing Camps

The Marketing Department aims to provide all ESSEC Business School students with a generalist education in marketing. Students acquire core marketing concepts and market/data analysis through mandatory marketing classes. Marketing is a key component of companies’ strategies, and how it contributes to corporate social responsibility is critical for business success and society.

We also offer several elective courses and a marketing track to equip students wishing to focus on marketing. Students will improve their decision-making skills as they learn to use data to identify new market segments, establish distinctive brand positioning, manage brand strategies, and develop an efficient marketing mix, among other skills. They will also explore the role of marketing in leveraging alternative pathways to achieving a sustainable future.

Through case studies, ad-hoc challenges, or external speaker interventions, students can dive into world-class brand strategies and discover the abundant career opportunities in marketing offered in business organizations, agencies, or public entities.

Furthermore, students can immerse themselves in key sectors by establishing a close relationship with leading companies through the department's Chairs.
